elegant decor local cheeses
The room was spacious and beautifully furnished. Sunlight streamed through the large windows, illuminating the elegant decor. The included breakfast was a true delight with great service. I liked the freshly baked pastries and the selection of local cheeses.
The in-room safe was a bit small for my laptop.

fantastic stay!

clean room excellent location friendly staff l u g g a g e a s s i s t a n c e
i stayed in a very spacious and clean room . the hotel offered an excellent location, close to all the town's amenities. friendly staff helped with any questions. the hotel restaurants offer very good food at reasonable prices.
I found that it's mostly help-yourself, particularly with luggage. There wasn't anyone available to assist with it upon check-in or check-out.

The location is near most main attractions. This made exploring the area easy. the market and main drag are only a few hundred feet away! made shopping and dining very convenient.

the staff was very pleasant, polite and friendly throughout my stay. they assisted with planning trips to the tatra mountains after a horse slay ride got cancelled. i appreciated their willingness to help!

g o o d l o c a t i o n carpet stains non-working air conditioning
the location was pretty good. it was close to amenities, i guess.
The room wasn't properly cleaned. There were stains on the carpet, and the bathroom sink had hair in it. the air conditioning in the room was not working. it made the room very uncomfortable. and there was no bell service available. I had to carry my own luggage up to the room. it's not what i was expecting.
